Adam Eaton has returned from the DL and given the Phils a solid 5 2/3 innings. I began writing this post noting that he had produced a quality start.  I had to erase that as he got yanked after being unable to get the 3rd out.  Unfortunately, Charlie has decided to go with Geoff Geary to get Paul LoDuca out, with a runner on 3rd and the club down 2. AhhAhhAhh,eyes closed…groundout.  Well, the Pen gets one out.

Last night’s big win, lead by Chase Utley in his return to the lineup was a welcome assertive win. Granted, they were facing a minor league pitcher, but it is a win against the division leader, moving them one game closer.

Tonight is a different story against the future hall of famer.  Glavine is making it tough.  A come from behind win tonight would smell sweet, after the bitter stench of the early part this home stand.
